A portion of the latest production of devices was not updated properly as the update was found not to be entirely completed. This just affected a portion of the latest batch of customers receiving their new units starting about two weeks ago and currently. If you have one of the affected devices your audio output when playing content with your Firestick will not play Dolby Atmos sound. Also, the video freezes when you use the projector’s local media player application software.
