Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) warrants our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential or commercial use and conditions, for a period as listed below. All returns must be shipped prepaid to our service center. Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) will cover the return domestic freight for any product under warranty. For international customers, any warranty claimed item must be delivered to our service center on a DDP basis with all freight, customs, and delivery charges prepaid. Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) will return said international shipment to any provided USA address. We will not be responsible for international return freight or clearance.

Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.


Projectors: 1 year limited warranty

Screens: 1 year limited warranty

Smart Cabinets: 5 years on the cabinet

   2 years on mechanical and electrical components



This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential/commercial wear or any use for which the product was not intended
  • Modifications to any part of the product 
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care 
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, electrical power surges, or shipping damage 
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse  
  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Damages incurred during transportation  
  • Damages incurred during assembly, mounting, or maintenance 
  • Products where the factory applied product label and serial number has been altered or removed
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an AWOL Vision authorized facility

Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.



  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within the warranty period as previously listed
  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 2 calendar days after the merchandise is received
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging with all original accessories and literature.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection
  • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible
  • Should any damage be noticed at the time of delivery, please annotate with the carrier for claim purposes.

No equipment may be returned without written authorization from Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision).

Warranty Service:

The sole remedy provided by Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) under this warranty will be to repair or replace the defective part or product or to issue a refund of the price paid. Elevation Technology Partners (AWOL Vision) reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy. If we decide to replace the defective item, only the defective item will be replaced. If we decide to replace a product we no longer sell, we will replace it with a comparable product. Refunds, if any, will be adjusted for the product’s use and age. If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed or extended.
