Thank you for your inquiry about our warranty policy. Our UST projector includes a 1-year standard warranty, with terms adjusted according to local laws in certain regions. However, damage from misuse of the products (including, but not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, water exposure, and improper operation) and repairs conducted by third parties are not covered under our warranty. We stand behind our products and services with confidence and are happy to provide ongoing technical guidance. Our after-sales service includes, but is not limited to, professional mail-in exchanges, technical guidance, and any other available solutions that can assist you.

What is Aetherion's return policy?
